Contacts and Companies
RedmineUP's CRM Plugin adds profiles of Contacts and Companies into Redmine, separate from Redmine users. Each card contains detailed contact and background information, as well as data from other plugins: support tickets, issues, orders, products, or projects in which contact is available. You can assign a different level of visibility and access to the same contact in different projects.
Add Notes
You can add notes and attach them files in any format. Now all documents, proposals, agreements, presentations, and any other won't get lost. You can add the information of a type of contact (phone, email, meeting) and tags.
Deals
Add sales opportunities, track them and predict your revenue. Set the probability of success for the deal, to estimate your income. Monitoring status of deals is easy with many views.
Kanban board for deals
You can use many Deals views, among them with Agile-Kanban-like boards, where you can drag&drop deals between stages of your funnel. Such view let you prognose expectable results. Both manager and leader of the Sales Department can easily trace active deals and deals that stuck at some phase of sales funnel.
Sales Funnel
Another Deals view is Sales funnel. It helps you find problems in flow of certain employee or performance of department. For example on which step you "leak" the biggest part of sales pipeline, and also what kind of result you can expect at the end of the period.

With CRM Plugin you can see all related issues assigned to a specific contact on the contact card. This functionality helps you to immediately check the history of communication and status of tickets before contacting a client.
Send emails
You can send emails from Redmine to your contacts. Attach files or related issues, notes, and add related people to the CC. You can also use email dropboxes to easily forward any correspondence and store it under one issue.
Easy importing
Redmine CRM plugin let you import contacts from CSV files. It uses standard Redmine mechanism, what lets you to use coresponding Redmine fields from contact card and custom user fields.
MailChimp Integration [add-on]
If you use MailChimp, you can connect another module – Redmine MailChimp plugin. It synchronizes and exchanges data from the tool and Redmine CRM plugin. You can see stats in Redmine, and Redmine field in MailChimp. This let you easiely and more precisely segment your prospects.
