Another benefit is automatic scaling of system performance. By default, we host all accounts on servers located in Ireland, Europe. What if the offered plans do not suit us. Can I purchase an individual plan?

Can you provide an access to the backups of the SQL Redmine Database?
You can add a special feature: Access to dowload backup. Once a week our system creates and save a backup file of your Redmine data base. You can download it any time you want with the specific link.
Can I add a third-party plugin?
Yes, we can add external plugins to your account. This option is availible for Enterprise clients. By default on your RedmineUP Cloud account, we provide only our plugins in full PRO versions.
