Firstly, to enable the feature, please go to Administration - Plugins - Zenedit configuration. And here, make sure to check the Issue viewed status and save the changes.
And then the feature itself is this one - when a person is assigned to an issue and he views this issue, afterward there will be a green indicator. The indicator is a confirmation that the assignee has seen his issue.
