CMS Plugin not working

After unzip Plugin_cms light in Plugins folder and Apache restart, dont load Redmine in the Browser.
The Bundle is installd and updated. The CRM-Plugin is also installd.

System:
-Debian 9
-Bitnami-Redmine-4.0.3-3

Installd Plugins:
-checklist
-crm
-wiki extensions
-wiki list

In the Browser comes:
We're sorry, but something went wrong.The issue has been logged for investigation. Please try again later.

In the Error.log from Apache comes:
Could not spawn process for application /opt/redmine-4.0.3-3/apps/redmine/htdocs/: An error occurred while starting up the preloader

Does somebody has any idea?

With the new version of cms Plugin 1.2.1 Redmine runs even if it is integrated

With the new version of cms Plugin 1.2.1 Redmine runs even if it is integrated
