Backup Procedures
We maintain a dedicated backup service and use AWS infrastructure for high availability. Backups are created from two separate services (our own and AWS), both encrypted in-transit and at-rest. You can request an on-demand backup download for your account at any time; every such request is recorded in the user audit log.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We guarantee 99.9% availability (uptime percentage) of the RedmineUP cloud service.
