If customers send additional information about an issue by e-mail, this is assigned to a ticket according to the ticket number in the subject line. This works well.
However, customers sometimes use the wrong contexts. I.e. they reply to an e-mail with a ticket number in the subject with content that relates to another ticket. This can happen due to a lack of attention, because if several tickets are open, they simply use the last email from another ticket for the reply.
It would therefore be desirable to have a function with which notes can be copied or moved from one ticket to another. This should include the EML and attachments.
