Tracker- and Project-specific Tags and Checklists

We would like to be able to limit both Tags and Checklists to be used only for specific Projects (as a module), or limited by Tracker (as a field).
AFAIK in the checklists pro plugin, you can already set certain checklist templates to be project specific.
Would love the option for tags as well.
