Tags for issue list grouping & agile board swimming lanes

I would like to have tags available for swimming lanes in agile boards, and/or grouping in the issue list.

The main problem with grouping by tags is duplication of data. If one issue has several tags, it will be included in several groups and the total number of tasks will be different from the real one
