Redmine 4.2.3: redmine_questions plugin creates No route matches errors

ActionController::RoutingError (No route matches [GET] "/plugin_assets/redmine_questions/javascripts/questions.js"):

File is actually named redmine_questions.js, though it doesn't super matter since the file is empty...

$ ls ../redmine-data/plugins/redmine_questions/assets/javascripts/ -l

-rw-r--r-- 1 cladmin cladmin 6773 Mar  3  2020 jquery.simplecolorpicker.js
