gem redmineup breaks language settings

If the Gemfile contains `gem "redmineup"`, Redmine's language settings will be broken, causing a mix of the specified language and English in the settings screen.

I think we've got the same problem here. As soon as there's one of the two plugins Checklists / Agile installed, some screens in Redmine have a mix of English and the configured language.
Test environment:
Redmine 6.0.3
PostgreSQL
Ruby 3.1.2
redmine_agile: 1.6.9
redmine_checklists: 3.1.25
redmineup (GEM): 1.0.10
