We wondered how the swimlanes (projects) are sorted by default. It doesn't seem to be alphabetical or by the number of open tickets.
We discovered that by default, projects are sorted by project number. The project with the lowest number is displayed at the top, and the project with the highest number is displayed at the bottom.
We would like to express the wish that the default sorting of swimlanes (projects) should be more meaningful sorting, e.g. alphabetical.
