I have a suggestion to improve the efficiency of the plugin checklist.

Two objectives in this proposition:

1/ It could be very interesting to be able to assign to each task of the check list an user.

2/ Second objective is that the responsible of the 1st task of the check list could be automaticaly assign to the issue and as soon as the 1st task is finished (marked by the task owner), the system reassign automatically the issue to the owner of the second task, and etc.....

It will help us to save time in case the task must be carried out one after the other.
