Currently, when emails are converted into tickets or comments in Helpdesk, the full content of the email - including long signatures, logos, disclaimers, and attachments - is included. This can clutter tickets and make them harder to read.

Proposed enhancement:

  1. Add a checkbox or toggle in the plugin settings called something like “Ignore email signatures.”
  2. When enabled, the plugin would strip email signatures and unnecessary attachments from incoming emails before creating tickets or adding comments.

Benefits:

  • Keeps tickets and comments clean and focused on the actual content.
  • Reduces clutter from long signatures, disclaimers, and embedded images.
  • Improves readability and efficiency for support teams.
  • Optional feature, so organizations can enable it only if they need it.
