Team and departments

With the People plugin, you can group people into teams and subteams as well as departments.

Elastic permission rules

No more asking the admin to manage the smallest HR requests. Now you can assign permissions to a certain user, a group of users, or to a specific department.

User-friendly interface and features

Our plugin extends the standard Users module with a new interface and additional features, such as local avatars and birthday reminders (with the function to hide age).

Notify team members or all employees

You can set pop-up notification, reminders, or warnings to show on a particular page, to a group of users, or the entire company. You can use rules to set up recurring notifications or reminders, for example to remind about the quarterly reports.

User costs and bill rates

Define hourly costs and bill rates for each employee. In the spent time report, you see costs per users, days, as well as totals for groups or selected entries. Rates can be assigned to a project and have a start and end date.

Calendar with holidays and days off

The calendar helps your team to stay updated with the schedule. You can add holidays, days off, as well as mark important events, that still counts as working days.

What People Say About RedmineUP

Quote colin

We have over 50.000 issues and over 500 contacts in our Redmine. I like that the plugins are covering other processes as well, not only the ones related to the development process, and they are enabling various implementations or integrations. Regarding the business needs, I think that RedmineUP plugins are a good starting point.

Marius Balteanu, Head of Quality Assurance & Partner Zitec
