In the newest release of Heldesk plugin, we added a significant feature - canned responses. -
With new feature you can save a lot of time on replying to most commply received messages or inqires. Replying with canned response is as fast and easy, as selecting a template from the list of saved replies, adding additional information if required and clicking send. Take a look at screenshots we have prepared to illustrate how it works.
In the settings you can set up as many templates as you wish.
You can edit each message same as a regular text. You can include auto-populated fields using macros. That enables you to create personalized messages to your customers.
When replying to a ticket, just use the list, select the message and off you go!
