In the newest release of Heldesk plugin, we added a significant feature - canned responses. -

With new feature you can save a lot of time on replying to most commply received messages or inqires. Replying with canned response is as fast and easy, as selecting a template from the list of saved replies, adding additional information if required and clicking send. Take a look at screenshots we have prepared to illustrate how it works.

In the settings you can set up as many templates as you wish. canned_responses.png

You can edit each message same as a regular text. You can include auto-populated fields using macros. That enables you to create personalized messages to your customers. edit.png

When replying to a ticket, just use the list, select the message and off you go! send_note.png
