Move and resize bars with the mouse, click an empty line to schedule an issue, or open the edit dialog to set dates, estimated time and assignee. The chart is built on any issue query, with day, week and month scales and chevrons for bars outside the visible range
Shared draft
Nothing is written to Redmine until you say so. Changes wait in a draft that everyone allowed to plan sees. Review changes lists the old and new values, the edits made in Redmine meanwhile and the issues Redmine will move too. Apply what you choose, discard the rest, undo and redo as you go
Critical path and float
Draw dependencies between issues, see violations and remove a link right on the chart. The critical path to the project end or to a version shows total and free float for every issue, so you know which delay moves the release
Baselines and milestones
Save a named baseline of the plan and compare it with reality: a line under each bar and a variance column show what slipped and by how many days. Version milestones sit on the chart, and close ones merge into a group with all of them in the tooltip
