We are happy to introduce a new useful feature in the fresh release of Helpdesk Plugin - the possibility to create a link to a public ticket view.
Finally, in new Helpdesk Plugin version - 2.1.3 - you can create an open, public view for the ticket, accessible to people not registered in your system. That means, that if the necessity comes, your customers or people from different departments can have access to the tickets. They will be able to see the details, but not to make any changes or comments.To create a public link to the ticket, add a macro to your response footer:
