Budget Planning
Budget planning is available based on different types of project funding. It can be either a fixed rate for the whole project or a calculation based on the time spent. And the hourly rate is set for each employee, for the whole project, or even for a specific task
User costs and bill rates
Define hourly costs and bill rates for each employee. In the spent time report, you see costs per users, days, as well as totals for groups or selected entries. Rates can be assigned to a project and have a start and end date
Project Dashboard
Project dashboard shows the current state of project financing and costs, its profitability and time spent. As well as the execution of the budget, taking into account internal and external costs
Cost reports
You can add the Costs field on the time spent list, which shows the cost of time spent based on the employee's rate on that date, as well as calculating the total cost by grouping and by all selected entries
