Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No, you can sign up and test the full platform for 15 days without entering your credit card details. At the end of your trial, or when you decide to continue, you can choose a suitable plan and then enter your payment details.

How does the free trial work, and what happens afterward?

It is a two-week period of time, during which you can test the product to check how it fits your organization In case you choose not continue, you do not need to do anything. You won't be charged. The instance will be stopped and after a short period of time removed. If you decide to continue with RedmineUP Cloud, you then choose a suitable plan and enter your payment details at the end of the trial. All data remains active and untouched.

What if the offered plans do not suit us. Can I purchase an individual plan?

We will be happy to offer you a custom plan tailored to your needs. Please contact us and let us know the number of your users, projects you estimate to run, and how much disk space you would need. We will prepare platform just for you.

What if your pricing model doesn't suit us?

If your business or organization didn't found a suitable model, please contact us and we'll be happy to create a custom plan, prepared according to your needs.

How long is the contract period?

If you choose monthly payments, you pay on a month-to-month basis and you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts, commitments or hidden costs. If you cancel, you will be charged only for the current month.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Absolutely! You can switch plans at any time. Just contact us.

Are there discounts available?

Absolutely. When you take a yearly subscription you will receive a 25% discount for any plan.
