Customer access to and use of the Service is conditioned on customer acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service customer agrees to be bound by these Terms. If customer disagrees with any part of the terms then customer may not access the Service.

Use License
RedmineUP grants you a non-exclusive, limited license to use the products you acquire through our Websites in agreement with these Terms and Conditions and “the Licensing" regulations (stated below).
With the download of Our free software materials, such as a "Light" version of Redmine plugins, "Redmine Themes", or any other explicitly mentioned as such, you agree to subscribe your email to the newsletter. You will periodically receive information from the Redmine blog, update about our themes, services, products and occasional offer for additional products.
RedmineUP grants you permission to temporarily download one copy of the information materials from our Websites for a personal, non-commercial transitory viewing or use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on RedmineUP’s Website; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer it to another person or “mirror” them on another server. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by RedmineUP at any time. Upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

We care in great detail to provide the most accurate and comprehensive information for our Products description, documentation and blog. Because we are humans, and as for human factor, we cannot provide a warranty of any kind that the materials appearing on the RedmineUP Websites are free from an unexpected technical, typographical, illustrative or photographic errors. That being said, We may make changes to the published materials at any time without notice.

Software Licensing
Terms:
- Redmine – Open Source software Redmine installed on the End User’s server.
- Plugin – Redmine Extension, that is a piece of code, that operates as an independent software and add-on to Redmine GPL, GNU (GNU License) – GNU General Public License, referred to version 2.
1. RedmineUP Licencing
This End User License Agreement is a binding legal agreement between you and RedmineUP. Purchase, installation or use of Plugins provided by RedmineUP signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined below.
2. RedmineUP GPL Licencing
All Redmine Plugins produced by RedmineUP, Inc. are released under the GNU License. The Ruby Code portions are distributed under the GPL license. If not otherwise stated, all images, manuals, cascading style sheets, scripts and included JavaScript files are NOT GPL and are released under the RedmineUP Proprietary Use License. Unless stated otherwise and authorized by RedmineUP, elements of the plugins released under this proprietary license may not be redistributed or repackaged for use other than those allowed by the below Terms of Service (Terms and Conditions).
3. RedmineUP Proprietary Use License
The RedmineUP Proprietary Use License covers all images, HTML, CSS, JavaScript scripts and files, manuals, documentation and videos in any RedmineUP Plugin. Plugins copyrighted by RedmineUP cannot be redistributed in any form without prior written consent. It applies to Plugins available in any distribution channel, such as redmineup.com, redmine.org, GitHub, authorized partners and affiliates, software resellers, or associated sites that are copyrighted by RedmineUP, or use service marks and trade names that belong to RedmineUP.
3.1. Usage of Plugins
You are allowed to use the Plugin according to the type of your license – on one or multiple "production" server installations. Plugins distributed free of charge (in “Light Version”) are downloaded with a non-exclusive, limited license for use. One user can download one Plugin.
3.2. Applying Modification To Plugins
You are allowed to apply any necessary modification(s) to the Ruby code of the Extensions. However please be advised, that we will no longer support products with modified code. For modified products, we can no longer guarantee compatibility with future product updates. You are not allowed to release any proprietary files (modified or otherwise) under the GPL license. The terms of this license and the GPL v2 prohibit the removal of the copyright information from any file produced by us.
3.3. Ownership
You cannot claim any ownership, intellectual or material or otherwise to any of our Products, modified or unmodified. All of the products are a property of Nideni LLC.
3.4. Disclaimer and Limitations
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Products or materials on RedmineUP Websites or the Cloud, even if foreseeable or if Client has advised of such a claim, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, oral, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise.
3.5 Warranties of Compatibility
RedmineUP’s Plugins are always designed for the latest available stable version of Redmine. We create our software to support most recent and most popular version of Redmine and put maximal effort to make them compatible with a wide range of Redmine and Ruby version as possible, but We can no guarantee, that it will run with future versions of Redmine.
