Data Classification
RedmineUP can store a wide range of business-related data as defined by our customers. This may include:
- Project Management Data: Project plans, task lists, milestones, Gantt charts
- Issue Tracking Data: Bug reports, feature requests, support tickets, and related discussions
- CRM Data: Customer contact information, sales pipeline, communication logs
- Financial & Commercial Data: Project budgets, time-tracking data for billing, price quotes, or invoices
We are a data processor for this information. While our platform does not inherently require sensitive PII (such as SSNs, bank account details, or medical information), we can handle user-generated content as configured by our customers. We discourage storage of unnecessary sensitive data.
Data Encryption
In Transit: All non-console access to RedmineUP is encrypted via TLS/SSL for web traffic . At Rest: All data stored in our AWS-hosted services is encrypted at rest . Email: While we use TLS/SSL for all web traffic, encryption of email content is dependent on the specific email infrastructure used by both parties. 3.3 Data Segregation
We use Kubernetes clusters to provide an independent, secure cluster for each client. This ensures logical segregation and isolation of data.
Data Retention and Disposal
We comply with GDPR and other privacy laws, which require specific data retention and disposal practices. Upon termination of service, customer data is securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
