Resources chart

The resource chart clearly shows what tasks the employees are engaged in, how much free time they have, and who is overloaded. Directly on the diagram, you can schedule time for tasks, both on a specific date and for intervals

Each user sees their weekly schedule that shows the allocation of time on tasks or projects. They can report the time spent on the task or project and control the overall picture, with overtime and undertime


Filters and view configurations

You can filter the schedule for a specific employee, project or individual task. It enables you to see who works on the task and when, when the next version is scheduled to be released, and what is the total workload in hours


Spent time tracking

Each employee can have a personal work schedule, with the number of working hours per day and days off for weekends and holidays. When planning your resources, Resources plugin takes into account how many hours are available for a specific employee per day
