What does the plugin license include?

All plugin purchases are licensed, which allows you to update the plugin and receive technical support. Each license is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Are the licenses valid for a lifetime?

No. Each license is valid for one year from the date of your purchase. You will receive an email notification before the end of the period to remind you about the renewal.

How can I install plugins?

You can find installation and setup documentation in the Help & Support section. If you encouter any difficulties or have questions, you can also contact our customer support for assistance with installation. We also provide paid services of Redmine and plugin installation and configuration.

What is the difference between licenses?

The number of servers is simply a number of "production server" installations.

The "Single-server" license (previously:"Single-site license") allows for only one "live" installation.

The "multi-server" license (previously:"Multi-site license") license allows for an unlimited number of installations within one company. For every additional company, you have to purchase a separate license despite the number of servers you're allowed to use with your current license.

For both license types you can have many "test" installations for evaluating and testing purposes. For instance, your developers can install the plugin onto their local machines without any limits.

What happens when my license expires?

The product will continue to work after your license expires. You can continue using the product for as long as needed, but you will no longer receive support and updates for the product.

How can I download updates?

To download updates, go to email with purchase confirmation, and click on the link that leads you to License manager under your profile. You can request to receive an email reminder with the link to the License manager. Use the email given during the purchase of the plugin.

How can I pay?

We accept cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards as well as more than 30 other payment methods, including PayPal. You can also pay by bank-trasfer. If your order process requires generating pro-forma bill and paying by wire-transfer or postponed payment, it is also possible. With any questions, contact Sales.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You can sign up and test the fully functional platform for 15 days without entering your credit card details. At the end of your trial or when you decide to continue subscription, you can choose a suitable plan and then enter your payment information.

How does the free trial work, and what happens afterward?

It is a two-week period during which you can test the product to determine how it will fit your needs. In case you choose not continue, you do not need to do anything. You won't be charged. The instance will be stopped and removed after a short period. If you decide to continue with your RedmineUP Cloud subscription, you then choose a suitable plan and enter your payment details at the end of the trial. All your data stays active and untouched.

What if the offered plans do not suit us. Can I purchase an individual plan?

We will be happy to offer you a custom plan tailored for your needs. Please contact us, and let us know how many users will use the tool, number of projects you estimate to run, and how much disk space you would need. We will prepare a dedicated plan just for you.

What if your pricing model doesn't suit us?

If your business or organization does not find a suitable model, please contact us, and we will be happy to create a custom plan prepared according to your needs.

How long is the subscription period?

If you choose monthly payments, you pay on a month-to-month basis, and you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts, commitments, or hidden costs. If you cancel, you will be charged only for the current month.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Absolutely! You can switch plans at any time. Just contact Cloud Product Manager.

Are discounts available?

Absolutely. If you choose a yearly subscription, you receive a 25% discount for any plan.

Do you offer a rebate for a nonprofit, university, or start-up?
