The problem is related to the fact that if you go Administration - Plugins - Checklists - General, there will be no "Set issue done ratio" option.

To fix this problem, please go to Administration - Settings - Issue tracking. Here in the field Calculate the issue done ratio with, you have to change from value Use the issue status to Use the issue field.
Then, please save the changes and the problem will be solved. The "Set issue done ratio" will appear in the Checklists settings.
