Discover how a leader of very competitive and growing Singaporean IT market use Redmine to deliver the best services for Government and Corporates. We helped to steam up their processes thanks to our Cloud's functionality and included maintenance. Here's the case study. .

SQL VIEW is a software company offering systems for Document and Record Management as well as Facility Management. They were founded in 1992 and are delivering products and services for 20 000 users including public companies, enterprises, and Singapore’s government. For three years in a row, they are recognized among Top 25 Government & Public Sector Technology Providers in the APAC region by the CIO Magazine.

At the beginning of 2018 they had two goals: find a tool that would make their customer support more effective and help their IT team, by taking workload from them. As soon as they found Cloud and tested its features during the trial, they liked it. Their team was already familiar with Redmine, and in Cloud, they found more settings that were also easier to configure and the pricing more competing than the competitors.

Don't waste your time on Redmine maintenance. Hire experts and focus on your projects

Currently, SQL VIEW deployed the RedmineUP Cloud for three teams: Customer Support, Development, and QA. The prime benefit is the ability to handle incoming messages as tickets. It helped to record and process them faster and have better control. The team members see which client reported the ticket and can immediately assign it to the programmer. This approach helps to save time and have a better overview of the process.

Sindy Lee, a consultant responsible for implementing the Cloud into the company, noticed that "with new functionalities and RedmineUP help, we were able to operatively steamed up our processes." Her team values the direct contact with the RedmineUP Cloud's Account Manager, as and the fact that our team cares about maintenance of the Redmine and infrastructure.
