Redmine CRM plugin allows you to add an attachment to note or deal. In order to do this, go to note or deal view and click on Advanced.
Please note, only admins and users with such permission can view attachments. In order to change permissions, go to Administration -> Roles and permissions, Files section.
How to add an avatar to contact
Go to edit view of a contact, and add or change the existing avatar:
