It is easier to create a Helpdesk ticket directly from a Helpdesk contact. There are 2 ways to achieve it. Please check them below.
Please go to the Contacts list in a project and choose a Contact. Right-click on it. Then the New ticket option will be available for you.
In a Contact
While you are in the Contacts list, please select one and enter it. Then, click on the Helpdesk tickets tab. And click on the New ticket in the right corner.
