How can my customers see their tickets without registration?

If your customers are not Redmine users, they won't be able to see their tickets unless you provide them with a public link.

You can enable public links in Administration > Helpdesk, Public tickets tab. As you see below, it is also possible to allow customers to comment on their tickets without logging in.
