Maybe you have noticed that sometimes on the top left corner of the ticket, there is an envelope near the email address.
But also there could be a green balloon as well.
DifferenceSo, the difference between the above icons is as described below:
- The envelope icon appears when the ticket is created via email.
- The green balloon icon comes when the ticket is created via the Helpdesk Widget.
