Description of the problem
Your Helpdesk incoming and outgoing messages stop working. As a result you got this message in the logs:
HelpdeskMailProvider::GoogleProvider: Message [some random letters and numbers] can not be processed

Solution
The problem is that you have disabled your Contacts module for this specific project where your Helpdesk runs. Please go to Project settings - Project - Modules. Here make sure that both Helpdesk and Contacts modules are enabled. Don't forget to save the changes. You may check the below picture to make the situation clear.
