The Helpdesk Widget could be literally set on any website. You just have to insert it into the source code of it. The below simple example shows you how it is implemented on the Google search page.
Firstly, please save the Google page in this way.
And then the result will be:
Them, go to Administration (on top) - Helpdesk - Widget. Here copy the following code.
Afterward, please open the Google.html with any program for code editing. And insert the above-copied code.
Save the HTML and open it locally with the browser. The Widget will appear.
Fill the Widget fields with the needed information.
And then the ticket is successfully created.
