Why there is only one email address in the TO field?

Users should not specify more than one recipient in the "To" field, and should use the "CC" field for all other recipients. The "To" field in replies is limited to a single address because the platform is designed as a CRM system, where each ticket must be strictly linked to a single client profile. This is necessary to accurately display the conversation history, avoid confusion and privacy breaches when different clients reply to the same thread, and protect the platform's mail servers from being blocked for spam.
